What do you love most about your job?

What I enjoy most about my work is the diversity of interlocutors, projects, and tools, which ensures that there is never a dull moment. This creates a dynamic atmosphere daily, which is very pleasant. Additionally, I learn a lot as methods and processes are constantly renewed. We always strive to optimize and automate as much as possible while having access to a wide range of tools that make our lives easier!

When facing a conflict, I like to ask questions and understand my colleague’s point of view. This helps keep the situation calm and gives them the feeling of being heard. It is easier to reach an agreement or compromise while staying calmer.
